  • rose, calendula, lavender, chamomile, solar sea salt, epsom

    Rose: anti inflammatory, anti septic, aromatherapy

    Calendula: anti inflammatory, heals tissues

    Lavender: anti bacterial , aromatherapy

    Solar Sea Salt: trace minerals, soothes sore muscles / cramping, stimulates circulation, anti bacterial

    1. Steep 1 - 3 tablespoon of herbs in hot water and let cool completely.

    2. Bath: Pour herbal mixture into bath tub and add 1 - 2 cups of epsom salt. Soak in bath for 20 minutes.

    3. Peri Bottle: Add mixture to peri bottle to use while going to the bathroom.

    4. Warm Compresses: Steep herbs, allow to cool but still be warm, soak a cloth and apply warm compresses to desired areas.

    5. Umbilical Cord Care: Use around your baby's umbilical cord to help cleanse and aid in healing.
